Cut the Fluff

Well, I’ve been MIA on the Cut the Fluff front.

I’m turning over a new leaf this week. (yes, again).

I’m inspired by the hubby restarting his workout routine.  I can’t have him sexy and fit and me fat and sloppy.

Soooo.

My plan was to start today.  But there is a tornado/severe thunderstorm watch in effect. 

Bummer.  We won’t be leaving the house this morning.

I did manage to get in some exercise on Saturday.  Pookah C-Dub and I went to the park and walked and walked and walked.  I’ll tell you, pushing that heavy chicco stroller up and down hills is a lot of work!  Piedmont Park is HUGE! And C-Dub made me walk it twice!

But then we had pizza last night for dinner. SMH.

But, anyway, I will start again tomorrow!

My plan: workout tomorrow after the people have come to clean the carpet and I get a nap after working.( yes, this is part of the problem.  damn night shift)

Drink 64 oz of water a day.

Cut out all sodas.

No ordering carry-out at work.

Stick to calorie counting!!!

Try to exercise 3 times a week this week!

    You can do it! You’re motivating me to get going lol Btw, I have a Chicco stroller also. I knew it looked familiar! I saw it when u put the pick up of pookah on twitter over the weekend. So cute!

    I’m with you. I really need to drop a few and improve eating habits. I need to cut sweets.
