I had a BUSY weekend!! How was yours? In fact, mine was so busy, that today I am EXHAUSTED! Where is the coffee?

It all started when this guy…..

Decided we should go out to Dave and Busters after work.

We had dinner and then introduced Pookah to the wonders that are the games at Dave and Busters…

When Pookah woke up the next morning and asked ” Mama, what are we going to do today?” I decided a trip to the Children’s Museum was in order. We haven’t been there in a while….

I barely had an hour to take a nap when his Daddy comes home and Pookah cons him into a trip to Peidmont Park. Sigh.

Sunday…..

I woke up early and went to run. That Disney Princess 1/2 marathon training you know. I went grocery shopping and after a long debate, I decided to take Pookah to the Pumpkin Patch. Next weekend is jam packed and the weekend after that, we are going out of town so, this was our only chance.

By the time we were driving home, I felt like this…

But no rest for the weary. There were clothes to be washed, baths to be given and a work week to get ready for.

*JUGS COFFEE*

So, how was your weekend?

*All of the photos in this post were taken with my iPhone. I love iPhoneography! It’s simple, and it just goes to show you what I always preach: The best camera is the one with you!!!*

    Can I be Pookah?

He looks like he had the best weekend ever.

I haven’t been to a pumpkin patch since I taught 1st grade many gazillion years ago. It was always so much fun. Is that Freedom Parkway that I spy?

Missing Atlanta just a little bit.

See we could never do Chuck E Cheese because He can’t eat the Pizza, so Dave and Busters was perfect. Thinking about a birthday party there

What an awesome weekend! Since the weather’s finally cooled off, we’ve been trying to get out more, too. I really want to go to the pumpkin patch soon!

What a fun weekend! Your pics are so cute! I love the convenience of just pulling out my phone to snap some pictures when the kiddos are up to no good ;0)

Yes! I think that’s why I love my iphone so much. It’s so much easier to carry around than my big camera!

What a fun weekend! Our weekend was full of crafting and cooking. My little KJ has dreams of being a chief so we spent the weekend testing Halloween snacks and creating homemade dipping sauces. We’re headed to the pumpkin patch this weekend.

    Have a great week!

Y’all kicked it! I’m looking forward to the pumpkin patch and all the other Fall stuff. You just reminded me that we haven’t introduced the kids to Dave & Buster’s. They’d love it!

Awesome weekend! This so reminds me that I haven’t been to Dave and Buster’s in a long time! I think the little one’s will enjoy it.

We’re finally getting a Dave and Buster’s here! RJ has been to one in Charlotte and he LOVES Chuck E Cheese, much to my dismay. I think D&B will be a great option for us. I started a class a couple of weeks ago, so the weekends have just been Hubby and RJ. This weekend is class free and it will be jammed packed. Pumpkin patch, local food festival and your city for a bday party! Making up for lost time.
