new job, new day

So, I started the  new job as a IVF nurse at the fertility clinic on Monday.  Busy busy busy.  There are several docs in the practice, but I’ll call my boss Dr NYC.  (he’s from New York, Jewish, hillarious).  Anyway, he is a great teacher.  The nurse who is suppposed to be training me……………how do you learn from someone who doesn’t know what she is doing?

My biggest change, is getting up 5 days a week instead of 3.  And catching the train instead of  driving.  But I am learning tons of stuff.  I had a clue how much IVF costs, but actually seeing it on paper……geez!!!  Even IUI! Just the meds alone!   But I am learning a ton of stuff, and of course filing it away for future use……..should I need to that is.

In other news………I think I FINALLY ovulated.  Either yesterday or today.

Nothing  else really going on.
