Gluten Free Breakfast BLT

A breakfast twist on the traditional blt!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Udi's gluten free white bread ( or multigrain)
  • 1 Fried Egg
  • 2 butter lettuce leaves
  • 2 Slices tomatos
  • 3 Slices cooked bacon
  • 2 TBSP mayo

Instructions

  • 1. Toast 2 Slices of Udi's Gluten Free Bread
    2. Spread Mayo on each slice of bread
    3. Build your sandwich like this : Slice of bread (mayo side up), lettuce, bacon, tomato slices, egg, remaining slice of bread (mayo side down). Cut in half and enjoy!
