Gluten Free Breakfast BLT
A breakfast twist on the traditional blt!
Servings: 1
- 2 slices Udi's gluten free white bread ( or multigrain)
- 1 Fried Egg
- 2 butter lettuce leaves
- 2 Slices tomatos
- 3 Slices cooked bacon
- 2 TBSP mayo
1. Toast 2 Slices of Udi's Gluten Free Bread2. Spread Mayo on each slice of bread3. Build your sandwich like this : Slice of bread (mayo side up), lettuce, bacon, tomato slices, egg, remaining slice of bread (mayo side down). Cut in half and enjoy!
