Gluten Free Chocolate Covered Pretzels

Ingredients

  • - 12 oz bag of Pretzels
  • - 3 oz pink candy melts
  • - 3 oz red candy melts
  • - 3 oz white candy melts
  • - Sprinkles of your choice

Instructions

  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside
  • Separate your gluten-free chocolate chips into separate bowls by color
  • Melt the candy in the microwave in increments of 20 seconds. Stir in between
  • Pour chocolate chips into a bowl. Use separate bowls for the chocolate and white chips.
  • Melt in the microwave on 30-second intervals, stirring occasionally.
  • Add pretzels to melted chocolate making sure you have a great fudge coating.  Remove with a fork and place on a drying rack over parchment paper to catch drippings.
  • White still wet, add sprinkles.
  • Place in the fridge about 20 minutes to harden the chocolate again.
