In a large non stick skillet, brown sausage.
Remove the sausage and set aside
and add the olive oil
Add onions and green peppers in and stir until veggies are tender. About 5 minutes.
Add one can of stewed tomatoes, scraping the bottom of the pan to get up brown bits of sausage at the bottom of the pan( adds flavor!)
Turn heat down on the veggies and simmer.
While veggies are simmering, cook Success® Whole Grain Brown Rice as directed on packaging.
After 10 minutes, add sausage back in and top with 1/2 can of tomato sauce.
Cook until sausage is warm again.
serve over rice!
