- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion
- 1 green Bell Pepper
- 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
- 1 can of dark red kidney beans
- 1 can of light red kidney beans
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon of Chilli Powder
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Optional: cheese sour cream, avocados, salsa as toppings
Saute green peppers and onions until tender in 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Add ground turkey, season with pepper, salt, garlic powder to taste
Brown meat
Drain both cans of beans
Add in Beans, stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce
Add in 1 tablespoon of chili powder
Stir all ingredients together, bring to a boil
Turn down the heat and simmer for two hours
Garnish with toppings of your choice!
