Crush Biscoff Cookies with a Rolling pin or food processor.
Add melted butter and brown sugar and stir to incorporate.
Add cookie crumble to bottom of jars
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until
creamy.
Next beat in the eggnog, run or vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon
until creamy.
In a separate bowl Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form
(about 3-4 mins)
Fold whipped cream into eggnog mixture
Add the cheesecake mixture to a large piping bag
Cut off the top and pipe cheesecake into jar
Shake lightly to help the cheesecake settle over the crust.
Add more cookie crumble then cheesecake.
Repeat until jar is full.
Refrigerate until ready to serve
Sprinkle crushed cookies or nutmeg over the top
