Gluten Free Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients

  • - 1 lbs. fresh ripe strawberries
  • - 5 oz vegan chocolate chips
  • - 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • - Melt the chocolate chips and the coconut oil in the microwave for about 2 minutes, or until melted. Whisk together until well combined.
    - Dip each strawberry in the melted chocolate, make sure to keep the green stems clean.
    - Let them rest on a wired tray with parchment paper to catch the dripping chocolate.
    - Put them in the fridge to let the chocolate harden for at least 30 minutes.
    - Once the chocolate has hardened, enjoy, or keep refrigerated.
