Simple Homemade Gluten Free Guacamole Recipe

This easy gluten free guacamole recipe has a ton of flavor is a great option for your next party, the perfect snack or side dish and can be made in a few simple steps.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados I used Mexican Hass Avocados
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ½ red onion
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • Sea salt or Pink Himalayin sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Dice your tomatoes, jalapeños and cilantro. Finely chop your red onion.
  • Next, cut the avocados in half, remove and discard the skin and pit. Put the avocado in a medium bowl, squeeze the lime juice over the avocados and gently smash your avocados. They should still be chunky not too smooth.
  • Add in the diced tomatoes, onions chopped jalapeño, chopped cilantro, and season with your salt to taste. Mix gently until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
