Simple Homemade Gluten Free Guacamole Recipe
This easy gluten free guacamole recipe has a ton of flavor is a great option for your next party, the perfect snack or side dish and can be made in a few simple steps.

- 3 ripe avocados I used Mexican Hass Avocados
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 lime juiced
- ½ red onion
- 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
- Sea salt or Pink Himalayin sea salt to taste
Dice your tomatoes, jalapeños and cilantro. Finely chop your red onion.
Next, cut the avocados in half, remove and discard the skin and pit. Put the avocado in a medium bowl, squeeze the lime juice over the avocados and gently smash your avocados. They should still be chunky not too smooth.
Add in the diced tomatoes, onions chopped jalapeño, chopped cilantro, and season with your salt to taste. Mix gently until all ingredients are incorporated.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
