I’ve always had breast pain at “that” time of the month. Since I’ve had it since puberty, it never occurred to me that it wasn’t normal. To me, it was just one of those things that couldn’t be helped. In fact, even my mother had it, and so did various aunts and cousins. I thought it was one of those rights of passage that every female has to experience for the privilege of being able to have a child. We all BONDED over it for goodness sake. And since it was a normal everyday occurrence, I just rolled with it, and avoided being hugged at certain times of the month.
Did you know that this condition affects millions of women? An estimated 50 percent of all women experience breast pain/discomfort during their childbearing years, but many do not seek treatment and view it as a normal occurrence each month that they have to accept.
Like me.
Recently, I found out about a new over-the-counter supplement Violet® which can be used to alleviate the symptoms of breast discomfort and promote breast health. With the introduction of Violet® iodine, the only non-hormone iodine supplement specifically designed to address menstrual-related breast discomfort, millions of women do not need to suffer and can now proactively manage their breast health. Violet® iodine is completely drug-free: it’s composed of two forms of iodine, that when introduced into the acidic environment of the stomach, combine to form molecular iodine, which has been demonstrated to restore the natural, healthy balance of breast cells and relieve monthly discomfort. Violet® iodine is simply taken as part of a daily regimen – one tablet each morning – and most women begin to experience symptom relief after 60 days (although some women experience relief sooner).
Doesn’t that sound AWESOME??

I have always dealt with this and had no idea it is not normal. I thought it was a normal process caused by our hormones. I am so glad you shared this!

Oh wow, I haven't seen or heard of this yet, but this is definitely something that will help a lot of people. I personally do not have breast discomfort associated from 'that time of the month,' but I know what soreness feels from just being larger. I think that it's interesting that Violet is drug-free.

Babushka was very lucky never to have experienced the pain of breast discomfort. Unfortunately My Little One didn't escape the problem. BB was very glad to have received a box of this medicine and promptly gave it to my daughter. She is hoping it has the same good effect that it had on you. Here's hoping. BB2U

Wow I have never even heard of this and never knew anything like this was available. It's nice to know that there is something available to those of us that will need it during that time. I will have to go check this out!
