Cut the Fluff Week 1
Soooo. As you all know, I’ve been trying to loose weight around here. Well, on Twitter the other night some friends @mrsjones, @joonluv630 and @3carrigans and I were talking, and we decided to get together to help each other loose weight! To borrow someone else’s line: the secret to success is support( waving at the SITS girls).
To start:
My name is ………you know!
I weigh ( as of Saturday 184 pounds). I am 5’4.
I want to loose 15 to 20 pounds.
Once I lose 15, I’ll reevaluate.
So anyway, we will all post every Monday about Cut the Fluff, and you can find us on Twitter with the hashtag #cutthefluff. The challenge for this week is to count all calories that go in, decide what my calorie budget is( I like how that sounds) and eat fresh fruits and veggies. Keep in mind that I am on vacation now!!!
This morning I had:
A Jimmy Dean sausage and egg croissant: 510 calories
I cup of juice: 90 calories.
thats 600 calories for breakfast alone.
Deezam!
The second part of the challenge is to get at least 2 hours of exercise in this week.
Hmmmmmmmmm………………………if it ever stops raining, I will walk on the beach!

I need for you to NOT be eating FROZEN sandwiches that cost 500 calories, lmbo!

They do make a lighter line Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast sandwiches. D-Lights I think they are called. I’ve seen them at Wal-Mart and the other grocery stores. The Weight Watches ones are pretty good too.
But hey, you are on vacation…we all know how that is!
