- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1.5 cups cooked chickpeas
- 4 Tbsp ice water (or to your desired consistency)
- 1/2 cup tahini paste
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil and more to drizzle
- 1 tsp coriander finely chopped
- Smoked paprika to garnish
Start by combining lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a food processor or blender. Blend until the garlic is finely minced.
