Well, last week I fell off. Not that I ate bad, but it's just that i didn't track my foods in the food tracker on WW online like I was supposed to. And I was stressed, either barely ate, or ate what ever C-dub bought home for dinner( Chinese food anyone?). But I tried to watch my portions at least, and pick healthy food when I did eat out.
I also finally pulled my wii fit balance board out of the box and actually used it. My little mii is so fat!! 🙁
So anyway, I weighed myself on Sunday(my weigh in day) and I was:
So that's down .8 pounds!!!!!
I was so surprised!!
So my goals for this week are:
- Start couch to 5K program
- use wii fit/EA active at least twice this week.
- track my points!!!!!!!!!!!!
