It’s Week TWENTY of Our Project 52 guys!!!! I’m so excited!
Summer is coming and we can finally spend more time outdoors. I’m sooooo looking forward to taking photos OUTSIDE instead of finding yet another way to make my bedroom or kitchen look interesting.
We’ve talked about composition techniques before. Thinking about your composition when you are taking a photo is key to making a photo work. Using Framing in composition is a great way to emphasize or bring attention to your subject.
PHOTOGRAPHY TIP: Using the environment to frame your subject is an easy way to use framing in composition when you are outdoors. Trees have a way of framing subjects and forming a sort of cocoon around them: emphasizing your subject. It also adds depth to your photos, making for a more visually compelling photo.
Try it!
