New adventures and possibilities…..

It’s been a good week!!

I want to thank everyone who stopped by yesterday! I loved my SITS day and it was everything I hoped it would be. 🙂

I actually went to the gym this morning, and I actually ran. I’m pretty excited about that. Could have something to do with my new Brooks Women’s Addiction 10 Running Shoe  that I got  at the Big Peach Running Company yesterday. Do you know they have this program where they analyze your feet, your stance, and then record how you run to find you the perfect shoe?? Then they bring out a variety of choices and you pick! Easy! Done! Took me 20 minutes I swear.

Anyway, I restarted ( for the 500th time) the couch to 5K.  I could just start running full out again, but since I haven’t run in oh about 6 months, I felt like this would be a great way to start.  I didn’t pass out on the treadmill so, I think I’ll be alright.

I’ll let you in on a little secret….I think I might run the Disney Princess Half Marathon in February…shhhhhh………..

You should totally do a half marathon!!! I really want to do one too, but I'm chicken. Like you, I am about to restart the Couch to 10K program, and I think I may enter a race just to keep me honest. Please be sure to share your progress!
