it’s the time of year for the pumpkin spice latte, and all of the other seasonal drinks at your favorite coffee shops. But sometimes, they discontinue our favorites! This happened to me when they offered a Maple Pecan latte one year and it disappeared off of the menu the next .
I FUMED. But good news fellow coffee lovers! I realized that I could make my own delicious latte at home and have it as my morning coffee as often as I wanted. Without having to rely on the coffee shop to get it. It’s been the best thing ever.
So let’s get into this delicious maple cinnamon latte.
What you need to make this recipe

Ingredients:
- Milk (I used oat milk but almond milk, coconut milk or whatever non-dairy milk works for you)
- Espresso or concentrated strong coffee
- Sweet Maple syrup
- Vanilla extract
- ground Cinnamon
How to make a Maple Cinnamon Latte at Home
The first thing obviously make a strong cup of coffee or espresso shots ( I love using a mocha pot if you don’t have access to an espresso machine.
In your mug, add the coffee, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
Let the hot espresso dissolve the ingredients.
Heat up your milk on the stove in a small saucepan and remove right before it starts boiling. Cook for about 4-6 minutes on medium heat.
Pour your milk in a milk frother or use a handheld frother and froth until you have frothy milk
Pour the milk over your coffee in a large coffee mug mug, and make sure to scoop out the extra foam.
Garnish with some additional cinnamon on top, if you wish.

- – ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- – ¼ tsp cinnamon
