This week’s theme is the Eyes of March. I love Pookah’s little eyes. They are so lively, so expressive. This photo was taken at the park in that “golden hour”. People always talk about “catchlights” in kids eyes. I can NEVER manage to do that. Pookah has brown eyes. But I love how the light catches his eyes here. Love it.

I love bus expression really great shot. Some of my favorites are the ones when they aren't smiling. My kids have brown eyes but theyre huge so I can catch some awesome catchlights. My go to tip: face child towards window. Then you take picture of child with your back to window. I love the square catchlights. Oh and it works best when it's cloudy out and during midday.

I really have to try it. But this child will barely sit still! I usually only have a moment to catch a photo of him!

I love this picture. It makes me wonder what he's looking at so intently...another child, a bird, Maybe a cloud. Very expressive!

I think he was looking at another kid climbing up a latter. Whatever it was, he was intent!
