SOC Sunday:NaBloPoMo
So I’m thinking of doing NaBloPoMo. I’tNational Blog Posting Month where you write a post on your blog everyday. Hmmmmm. Why you might ask? I have no clue. At all. I just got an email and thought, that sounds interesting! I did try NaNoWriMo( National Novel Writing Month) one year, and THAT my friends was a miserable failure. But I think I might actually be able to do this one. Maybe. It will be hard for sure. I don’t have any time to blog now! But I’ve been getting lots of inspiration from around the web on writing and getting to your dreams or life that you want. I know that I love to write. I think I’m pretty OK, but any craft needs practice. And I need practice. But it will be interesting. Plus there are all sorts of prizes for this month and its actually connected to BlogHer this year. I think I might do it. You’ll know on Tuesday. We’ll see. I think my time is up. No? But that’s all I have to say.
This was my 5 minute Stream of Consciousness Sunday post. It’s five minutes of your time and a brain dump. Want to try it? Here are the rules…
- Set a timer and write for 5 minutes only.
- Write an intro to the post if you want but don’t edit the post. No proofreading or spellchecking. This is writing in the raw.
- Publish it somewhere. Anywhere. The back door to your blog if you want. But make it accessible.
- Add the Stream of Consciousness Sunday badge to your post.
- Link up your post at althingsfadra.com.
- Visit your fellow bloggers and show some love.
Good luck. I’m sure you can do it.
Coming over from Fadra today. Leigh
I find it hard to past daily. Finding the time is rough, sometimes.
Visiting from SOC Sunday
Hi! You should try it 🙂 It might be fun, exhausting, but fun!
I know!
Good lord – every day?! That would be incredibly difficult – I’m not worthy to try that – but good luck – kudos if you do pull it off. : )
Do it!!!!! I did it last year and had a blast! Just make yourself an editorial calendar of sorts. Know where you’re going. It’s a lot easier that way. It’s a ton of fun, plus you’ll get to meet a lot of new bloggers.
I’m attempting NaNoWriMo and NaBloPoMo this year. I might be nuts, but I’m EXCITED!
Wow! That’s going to be a LOT! Good luck and have fun!
I could totally blog every day. It might not be terribly interesting every day but I ALWAYS have something to say.
I did sign up for NaNoWriMo and I still have no idea what I’m going to write about. I don’t see wild success in my future.
You’ll do fine! I don’t know what I’m going to write about EVERY day! Hope everyone sticks around!
I’m thinking about doing it to and am not sure why! November is a busy month, but it is cold so I will be inside more!
Lol! That’s what I’m thinking
Do it!!! I already signed up…I did it last October and managed to make it all the way through…I tried again a few months ago and had to bail. I’m committed to finishing this month even though it will be difficult with birthdays and the holiday. I hope you decide to do it, too!
I decided to do it! I’m scared AND excited!!
Try it! I hope it works for you and you can blog everyday or almost! 🙂
I think you should do it, too!
I think you should do it, too! By the way, I tried googling international blog posting month and I couldn’t find it… Could you give me a link? Thanx 🙂

Hmmm I may have to try this. I’ve been such a slacker posting lately.
Just coming from SOC 🙂
That’s going to be the problem! I hope I can make it meaningful
