It’s Monday, total me day.
I’ve worked all weekend, and my house is a mess.
Its amazing how having a cluttered house makes your life feel cluttered and disorganized too.
Thank God that just when it was falling apart, it was time for the cleaning service to do its once a month cleaning.
So, I’m keeping my house somewhat in order. I still have room for improvement. The foisrt few weeks, I made sure I cleaned as I went. But towards the end…..
I didn’t work out like I’ve planned. I know! But I managed to get in some exercise by taking Pookah to the park and by finally finally cleaning up my jogging stroller and speed walking with Pookah. The only thing: its too big to fit in my car.
Now ain’t that a blip?
I have managed to eat healthy, even at night while working. No fast food at all!!! I cooked mainly healthy meals, and ate soups and salads in the middle of the night at work rather than the Chinese food that I really wanted!
So, new goals for the week?
Continue to eat well, get moving and clean up as I go!!!
