Letters To Our Sons: August

letters to our sons august

Dear Pookah,

You started Kindergarten last week.

I’m flabbergasted, amazed. I keep wondering where did the time go?

And in just the short week you’ve been in Kindergarten you are already acting older.

WHYYYYY?

There is a part of me, I admit, that would love to see you stay my baby boy. The one who cuddles with me, kisses me, and can’t wait to be up under me.

But the rest of me loves this new maturing, independent you.

I can’t wait to see what the rest of the year bring for you.

Love you

Mama.

  1. Hey Pookah,

This is your virtual auntie Reginia. I’m looking forward to hearing about your kindergarten stories. I can’t wait to hear about what you’re learning in class, your new friends, and how science is your favorite subject.
