I lost nothing.
Still the same.
I didn’t do anything that I was supposed to last week. It was a bad/busy week.
I want to say I’ll do better this week, but I know I won’t. As far as exercise goes. I will be sticking to my weight watchers diet. But exercise……
I’ve got a bum knee. It’s been getting worse and worse for the last few weeks. I have been telling myself it’s because of my lack of exercise, but geez, it’s bad.
And then, there is the point that I am having surgery a week from tomorrow.
A week from tomorrow.
But anyway. That’s all for this week.
