Well hello everyone, how was your weekend?
Mine sucked. Work sucked last night. I mean REALLY SUCKED. I might have to tell you about the drama of one of our deliveries. I mean……really. It’s like I work on the set of Jerry Springer and Maury Povich combined. SMH.
Another reason why my weekend sucked is because I got on the damn scale and discovered that I had gained 6 damn pounds. 6 Pounds that I can’t even blame on my cycle. WHAT THE HELL??? My belly is looking saggy. My pants are getting…..snug.
So it’s time to buckle down, start running again, be consistent with bootcamp, and my eating. There’s a Thanksgiving day 5K. I want to run it.
So back to keeping up with my calories with My Fitness Pal and my water.
