I’m going to be honest and say that I have not always been a fan of pumpkin Spice. The one in the store are just not my thing. But one day, a friend encouraged me to make it at home. Her claim that it was so much better than store brought intrigued me, and so one crispy fall morning, I decided to try out my own recipe and IT WAS SO GOOD!

So of course, I had to share it with you because..that’s what friends do right? You can enjoy this Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer anytime you want!

How to Make Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

  • In a medium size pot, add the heavy whipping cream, condensed milk, milk, and vanilla extract. Make sure to whisk very well until the condensed milk has been mixed in fully.
  • Then add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice and whisk again until well combined.
  • Put the pot on the stove and bring to medium heat. Let is get hot, but do not let it cook. Let it get hot on the stove for about 4-6 minutes. Then remove from the heat and let it fully cool down.
  • You can keep this in the fridge for 4-7 days.
  • Mix with hot or cold coffee.
