I love quiche. They are perfect for your next brunch party! My love of quiches led me to think about making individual quiches in batches and for the breakfast charcuterie boards I make on the weekend, But these Crescent roll quiches are a quick breakfast.
What you need to make a Crescent Roll Quiche
This is a great recipe that is so easy that it’s insane. Make sure that you have
A medium bowl
A muffin pan with standard-size muffin cups ( a cupcake pan will do too)
A whisk ( you can use an electric hand mixer if needed)
How to Make A Crescent Roll Quiche
Ingredients
This easy quiche is made with simple ingredients. You will need:
large eggs
A package of original crescent rolls dough ( for the crescent roll crust)
Shredded cheddar cheese
shredded mozzarella cheese
Cooked sausage
pepper
salt
Cooking Spray
items that can be added:
slices of bacon
green onions
pepper jack cheese
swiss cheese
feta cheese
fresh spinach
fresh chives
bell peppers
red onion.
Instructions to Make your quiche
Heat oven to 375
Spray inside of the muffin pan with nonstick baking spray.
Unwrap the crescent roll dough
Add one to each muffin tin, making sure to press it together to cover any gaps.
Combine eggs, salt, pepper,and cheese and mix with your whisk
Add sausage to the bottom of each cup.
Add 4-5 tablespoons of egg mixture on top.
Bake for 20-25 mins, until a knife inserted in the center, comes out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans
Serve with a side of fresh fruit, hash browns and coffee and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3-4 eggs
- 1 package crescent roll dough 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella 1/4 cup Cooked sausage
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Non stick baking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375
Spray inside of baking tin with non stick baking spray.
