*This post contains affiliate links. I may get a small fee if you click on the link and decide to buy something. I mean, I won’t be able to buy a car, but you know, a few coins might come my way. Thanks for supporting Everyday Eyecandy*The Ultimate Holiday gift guide for the Photographer in your life..or even yourself! I know there are a few things on this list that I will ask Santa for!

1.The Nifty 50: Canon 50mm f/1.8 Lens

Every year, I spend a lot of time recommending this lens( seriously). When you are ready to move your photography to the next level, this is the first lens I always suggest and this is the lens( or the Nikon Version) to start with. It’s a prime lens, which means that zoom with your feet rather than your camera. But it will CHANGE the quality of your photos. And it’s cheap.
2. Humans of New York: Stories

I KNOW you know about Brandon Stanton and his book the Human’s of New York. The Facebook page is full of inspiring stories behind the photos. Now, he’s compiled them in a wonderful book.  It just makes you feel good.

3. A Subscription of Clickin Moms.
We Love Photography (250x250)

I am a lover of Clickin Moms. I’ve learned so much about photography and made great friends from being on the forums and taking the photography classes.  Give someone the gift of a membership or Christmas. I promise, they will thank you.

4. A Kelly Moore Camera Bag

I have two of these bags. And I love them both. I will do a review of my Kelly Moore Ester Bag Soon. I’ve had it for over a year and it goes with me EVERY SINGLE TIME I travel. It’s the perfect travel bag for your camera.  Get one. They are fashionable bags for your camera. And seriously, no one will know that it’s a camera bag!

5.  Fujifilm Instax Share Smartphone Printer

My New years Resolution is to print out my photos.  ESPECIALLY the photos on my phone! This little printer is SO cute and so portable! Got to have it.

6. Photo Gifts From Artifact Uprising

Artifact Uprising personalized photo gifts

Speaking of printing photos out, Photo books, cards, calendars and prints make wonderful Christmas gifts for photographers( and Grandmothers).

7. Nikon D750 Digital SLR Camera w/ 24-120mm f/4G Lens

Listen. I am Team Canon. But one of my favorite photographers recently switched to this camera from Canon and another of my favorite photographers shoots with this camera also. Let’s just say I’m intrigued…and it would be a wonderful Christmas gift…….

8. Canon EOS 5D Mark III Digital SLR Camera with EF 24-105mm f/4 L Lens

And because I’m LOYAL! LOL. If I ever upgrade my Canon 6D, it will be to this one. Cause…all those focal points….

9. Black Rapid RS-7 Camera Strap

The strap that comes with your camera is garbage. And that’s nothing but truth. It hurts. It makes you not want to carry around your camera for long periods of time. But I’ve taken my Canon to Disney, to San Francisco, to the park with no problems with this strap. It’s perfect and its safe.

10.Canon EF 24-105mm f/4 L IS Lens

I rented this lens last year when we went to San Francisco. It is the perfect travel lens. Seriously, if you are going and you want to be prepared for anything, GET THIS LENS! It’s on my to do list for next year.

So that’s it folks! Hope you enjoyed this Ultimate Holiday Gift Guide for Photography Lovers! Now get to shopping!!

I was thinking of buying a canon and then i realized all the learning I would have to do before actually using it to its fullest potential. And then I realized my sister is coming for Xmas and she’s a photographer so what perfect timing, she can teach me all she knows! Happy holidays!

I got that zoom lens when I upgrade and LOVE it for those moments that I need to be ready for anything! I just FINALLY ordered my Kelly Moore through your link (my only Black Friday buy :-)) The instaprinter in on my wish-list, I think it would be great to work it into my journaling with the sticky back options. Love this list!
