I hope your holidays were full of love and light and I hope that one week into the New Year, you are making things happen.
In this online world that we live in, it’s easy to watch the rush and the great fan fare surrounding the new year and find yourself paralyzed from doing what is best for you.
I was having this problem and a REAL case of FOMO.
On the 2nd day of the New Year I realized that
A: I had NOTHING planned
B. I had no motivation to plan and
C. My brain was still in holiday /vacation mode,
SO I LET GO.
It was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself, and a lesson for ME and for YOU in the New Year:
Don’t worry what everyone else is doing.
Take the time to do what’s best for you this year. Dance to the beat of your own drum. Be different. Stand out.Remember there is only one you and embrace that position.Click To Tweet
I made the executive decision that my year would start today, a week into the New Year.
You might have start Wednesday, or Next Friday Or even February 1st.
But if that’s what works for you, that’s what works for you. Embrace it and go with it.
I have plans for this space and how I want to serve you this year.
I recognize that I have a few different audiences here and I will be making this blog a little more consistent so that you all can find what you came here for. So that you know when to come for information and stories and resources that apply to YOU.
I want to make this place a resource for you all: busy moms looking for resources and solutions to help us get stuff done ( easy recipes, organization tips, commiserating in the sisterhood of motherhood), those of you who want to improve your photography, influencers looking for social media help, and people just looking on ways to bring more everyday eyecandy into their lives
I can’t wait to share with you this year!
Happy New Year Again!
And Let’s GO!!!
