Many moons ago, one of our favorite restaurants here made the best spinach artichoke dip and IT WAS GLUTEN FREE!. My son was obsessed with it. But of course the day came when they changed the recipe and his beloved appetizer was no longer gluten free.
Unable to stand his disappointment, I decided to make it at home.
In the slow cooker because I was busy that day.

Ingredients Needed For My Slow Cooker Gluten-Free Spinach Artichoke Dip
This recipe is really so easy to make and naturally gluten free. Add the following items to your grocery list:
- Fresh spinach
- Artichokes
- Cream Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Mozzarella cheese
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
How to Make this Spinach Artichoke Dip
Its so easy.
- Cut your artichokes into small pieces like below.
2. Next, cut up your cream cheese into 8 pieces.
3. In your slow cooker, add the cream cheese, chopped artichokes, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, all seasoning and spinach on top.
4. Set the slow cooker to low and let it cook for 2 hours.
5. One our in, make sure to stir to mix in the spinach.
Serve while warm with gluten free crackers, gluten free bread or gluten free tortilla chips!

Gluten Free Spinach Artichoke Dip ( Slow Cooker Version)

- – 8 oz fresh spinach
- – 1 can 14 oz artichokes
- – 1 pack 8 oz cream cheese
- – 1 cup sour cream
- – 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- – ½ tsp garlic powder
- – ½ tsp onion powder
- – ¼ tsp salt or to taste
Instructions
- Cut the artichokes into small bits.
- Cut the cream cheese in 8 pieces
- In the slow cooker, add the cream cheese, chopped artichokes, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, all seasoning and spinach on top.
- Set the slow cooker to low and let it cook for 2 hours. Make sure to stir after 1 hour to mix in the spinach.
- Serve while warm with gluten free crackers, or gluten free bread.
