How To Have your Coffee and Eat it to!

Thank you Post for sponsoring this post. Post Dunkin’ cereals are rolling out nationwide now. To find a retailer carrying the cereal, check the store locator at dunkincereal.com

Picture it: the sun is just coming up as you sneak down the stairs. The house is peaceful and quiet. You pour yourself a cup of coffee in that solitary silence and get ready to fix yourself breakfast. Only to hear the sound of tiny footsteps coming down the stairs followed by the all familiar:

MOMMY!!!!

Your coffee goes cold, and you forget to eat because once the kids are awake, WHO HAS TIME FOR ANYTHING?

Am I the only one who this happens to?

As a mom, it’s been hard being at home and being needed all the time, every day, all day. That’s when a morning routine, ALONE, really comes to the rescue! Because if this time has taught me nothing else, its that I need something that’s just for me.

So I’ve made sure to develop a morning routine that allows me to have my me-time and a few things just for me! As a part of my morning routine, I make sure that I wake up before anyone else( really really early), workout, brew a cup of coffee and read a good book.

ALONE.

But sometimes I want a treat and breakfast alone too! And what better treat than a combo of my two of my favorite things coffee and cereal?

If you love coffee like I do, now you can have your coffee and eat it too! Post has teamed up with Dunkin’ to brew up two new cereals made with Dunkin’ Coffee that are rolling out nationwide beginning this month!

Dunkin’ knows that Coffee and cereal are the ultimate breakfast go-to’s. They rank as the top two most consumed items to help people start their day.

Post has teamed up with Dunkin’ to bring your favorite coffee beverages to life with two new coffee-flavored cereals: Post Dunkin’ Caramel Macchiato and Dunkin’ Mocha Latte cereals.

  • Post Dunkin’ Caramel Macchiato cereal has crunchy cereal pieces and caramel-swirled marshmallows! It gives you the deliciously indulgent taste of the layered iced coffee beverage.
  • Post Dunkin’ Mocha Latte cereal features just a hint of chocolate and latte-swirled marshmallows in honor of the Mocha Latte Drink.

Both cereals contain a very small amount of caffeine, roughly a 10th of a cup of coffee so that you can indulge in the rich coffee-forward experience

Cereal is a great option for breakfast, especially for us busy moms. And since we can’t always get out of the house these days to get our favorite cup of joe from Dunkin, what better way to indulge than with these two new Post Dunkin cereals?

Now, excuse me while I sneak downstairs to have my Coffee and Post Dunkin’ Cereal( ( really love the Post Dunkin’ Caramel Macchiato) before someone in this house wakes up!

Which one are you going to try first?
