5 Ways I’m Improving My Health This Coming Birthday Year

My birthday is coming in a month and I want to start my next trip around the sun with healthy habits.  I’ve been feeling like I  have been failing with my health goals this year!! There is always so much to do, that I feel like I let taking care of ME fall to the bottom of my to do list.  When I sat down to be honest with myself, I realized it wasn’t that I had too much to do, it was that I wasn’t making myself a priority.  You know the saying: put your own airbag on before you help anyone else? I realized that I wasn’t following that advice.  So I sat down and made a list of 5 ways that I am improving my health this coming birthday year.

1. Eat Better

I am out of control! Burgers, fried food, snacks…I have been stress eating all of the unhealthy things. 2. Move

    I have been making a real effort to eat better, too! I am getting older and need to take care of myself.

    I am trying very hard to get on track this year. I am exercising quite a bit more I am learning about nutrition so that I eat correctly but still be able to enjoy food. I’m glad of that only one other than trying to improve my health! These are some great ways of improving your health!

    We are all guilty of the things you are listing like not eating right and not exercising enough. I need to get that Lutein because I am always on my computer and that can not be good.

    I have heard great things about melatonin. Some nights I feel like I cannot sleep and believe this could help.

    These are all things I need to be doing as well. I do spend a lot of time in front of my laptop. I’ll have to pick up some Lutein Blue.

    I agree with all of these. I need to do the same. My biggest one is to get more fit. I don’t do a whole lot of exercising, and I’d like to get back to that again.

    These are some great goals to work towards! I’ll be the first to admit I eat a lot of fast food as I’m always on the run. I need to be better about eating healthier.

    I have been looking for adult gummy vitamins. All of a sudden I have been having trouble swallowing regular vitamins

    Great suggestions. I have used melatonin in the past to deal with jet lag. It is an affordable and safe alternative to prescribed medications to treat sleeplessness.
