The holidays are over, the pie is gone. And if you are anything like me, you’ve gained a few pounds from overindulging. WELL! I am DETERMINED to get back in control!
One of my new year’s resolutions/goals is to be healthy. This year is going to be my last year in my 30s, and I refuse to end it out of shape and unhealthy. With that in mind, I joined Weight Watchers to help me start the new year off right.

I’ve done the program before and it WORKED! I KNOW that exercise is half of the battle and I’m moving, really I am (see that 6 miles I ran yesterday???). But my struggle has always come from the diet end.
And that is where Weight Watchers comes in.
One of the reasons that I never seem to lose weight and keep it off( besides the lack of self-control), is the fact that I like to snack. And usually, that means grabbing a bag of chips or a candy bar.
But with Yoplait’s Greek 100 calorie yogurt,( available in various flavors) I’ve managed to make a few healthy weight watchers recipes that have become my go-to for healthy snacks.
To create one of my favorite Weight Watchers recipes ( sometimes I eat this for breakfast too), you need five ingredients: Yoplait Boston Cream Pie Yogurt, a banana, any type of granola or crunchy nugget cereal, and peanut butter.

This is so true! The ending of the years is always the worst for our diets. It all starts with Novem (with Thanksgiving) then the rest is HISTORY! LOL. So new years is always BEST to start fresh after all of the holiday hype (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day) eatings to get back on track!
GOOD FOR YOU and thank you for sharing this.
