I am always looking for an easy-to-make treat for my son on a hot summer day! Mangos happen to be one of our favorite fruits and making this easy mango popsicle recipe is the perfect way to end a hot day.

This is an easy recipe that only requires 5 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep time. I like to make them early in the morning so that the frozen treat is ready to eat by mid-afternoon.

What I really love about these mango popsicles is that we used healthy ingredients for our mango ice pops.

Everything is easily found in any of the grocery stores. For these homemade mango popsicles, you need:

Fresh mangoes or frozen mango chunks if you are short on time.

Whole Greek yogurt OR vanilla full fat yogurt

Honey or agave

cornstarch

How to Make Your Easy Mango Popsicle

This is going to be so easy.

First, add mango, yogurt, honey, water and cornstarch and blend until smooth. The mixture will be pretty thick, if you want to thin it out add up to 1/2 cup of water.

Then, you want to Freeze them for 5-6 hours or until fully frozen.

When ready, take popsicles out of the molds. If they are stuck, you can run warm water on the outside of molds to help loosen the popsicles out of molds if needed.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz mango chunks frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup whole Greek yogurt OR vanilla full fat yogurt
  • 3-4 tablespoons honey or agave
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water mixed with the cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • Add mango, yogurt, honey, water and cornstarch and blend
    until smooth.

  • The mixture will pretty thick, if you want to thin it out
    add up to 1/2 cup of water.
  • Pour mango mixture into popsicle molds and add popsicle
    sticks. Freeze 5-6 hours or until fully frozen.
  • Take popsicles out of molds, you can run warm water on the
    outside of molds to help loosen the popsicles out of molds if needed.


Notes

Greek yogurt has a bit of a tang so you may need more
sweetener then allotted, just taste the puree before freezing.
If you don't like the taste of greek yogurt, use a regular
vanilla yogurt instead
