How to Make This Gluten-Free Guacamole Recipe
I’m making this in order of how a friend taught me with a few changes that make it my own.
Dice your tomatoes, jalapenos and cilantro. Finely chop your red onion.
?Next, cut the avocados in half, remove and discard the skin and pit. Put the avocado in a medium bowl, squeeze the lime juice over the avocados and gently smash your avocados. They should still be chunky not too smooth.
Add in the diced tomatoes, onions chopped jalepeno, chopped cilantro, and season with your salt to taste. Mix gently until all ingredients are incorporated.
Serve immediately with a bowl of gluten-free tortilla chips

How to Store Your Gluten Free Guacamole
I’ve seen some wild things out there on how to keep your delicious guacamole from getting brown. But there is the best way I’ve found to keep your leftover guacamole from getting brown.
Plastic wrap.
Here is what works EVERY TIME:
Press plastic wrap directly onto the top of the guacamole ( the surface), smoothing it out to eliminate air pockets. Seal the wrap tightly around the rim of the container. If you’re lucky enough to have a container with both a lid and plastic wrap capability, use both! The ultimate goal is to create a complete barrier between the avocado and air.
Even if the edges brown a bit due to imperfect sealing, the center should stay green and delicious. To keep the guac fresh, remember to simply smooth out the surface of the guacamole after each serving, then re-press the plastic wrap directly onto the top, ensuring it touches both the guacamole and the container’s sides. This creates a tight seal to keep air out before storing it back in the fridge.
?This should keep about 1-2 days after you make it.
Hopefully, this gluten free guacamole recipe is perfect for your next taco night, cinco de mayo themed party, game day, a special occasion, party, or just the perfect snack!
