TIPS FOR MAKING THE BEST GLUTEN-FREE CHEESE CRACKERS
Don’t take shortcuts: The Block of Cheese ( REAL cheese) is the key ingredient. Do not use pre-shredded cheese the anti-caking agent in them will prevent the dough from forming properly.
Kosher Salt or Flaky salt will be better than Table Salt
The second bake through will provide the best results for crunchy crackers.
Once completely cooled to room temperature, store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Hopefully these gluten-free salty snacks will be perfect for the next time you are looking for great options for you or your kids!
