Summer has arrived and it’s the perfect season for homemade popsicles. It’s only recently ( the last few years) that I started making homemade popsicles but I love to experiment every year with a new flavor.
Enter these Lavender Lemonade Popsicles.
This easy recipe is the perfect treat to sit in your hammock and enjoy. These 4-ingredient lavender lemonade popsicles( 5 if you count water)
They have a tart lemon flavor with hints of lavender and honey. These Lavender Lemonade Popsicles are easy to make and I’m sure that this frozen treat will become a favorite in your home like they are in mine.
Ingredients you Need for Your Lavender Lemonade Popsicle Recipe
- Fresh lemons, freshly squeezed: Lemon juice will work if that is what you have or need to save time
- Sugar
- Honey
- Culinary lavender leaves /flowers
- Silicone Popsicle Molds and Popsicle Sticks. This is the popsicle mold that I use for most of my popsicle recipes.

How to Make Your Lavender lemonade Popsicles
Make your lavender simple syrup by combining water, sugar, honey, lemon juice and lavender in a small saucepan
Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves and simmer for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and let the lemonade mixture steep, for about 25 minutes.
Pour through a strainer to remove lavender buds,
Add cold water to strained syrup, mix well, and pour into popsicle molds
Insert sticks and freeze for 6-8 hours (preferably overnight).
Enjoy these popsicles with the unique flavor of lavender honey.
They are the perfect way to enjoy a cool refreshing summer treat.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp culinary lavender
Instructions
- Combine 1/2 cup water, sugar, honey and lavender in a small
saucepan. - Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Simmer for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and let steep, about 25 minutes.
- Pour through a strainer to remove lavender
- Add 2 cups cold water to strained syrup, mix well, and pour
into popsicle molds - Insert sticks and freeze for 6-8 hours (preferably
overnight).
Notes
You can also wrap them in food safe plastic bags (from craft stores) and store
in ziplock bags.
