A photo of your outfit of the day, or even just your shoes is a great idea. People love to see what you are wearing. Especially if it’s stylish!

5. Lifestyle

One of my favorite photo ideas for Instagram is posting a lifestyle photo. Showing what is going on in your life, whether you are at an event, out with your family, or just a photo of your everyday life is a great way to get engagement. It allows your community to learn more about the person behind the photos and get a peak into your life.

6. From Above

Have you ever seen the hashtag #dogsofinstagram? Pets rule on Instagram. Just think about the Theo and Beau series from @mommasgonecity

8. Behind the Scenes

People love to feel like they are seeing what goes on behind the scenes to make your business run, to do your photo shoot..your life! Show it to them!

9. The Selfie.

A good selfie will NEVER go out of style on Instagram. The trick, of course, is to do it right!

10. A collage.

On Instagram, you want to post, but not overwhelm and flood your follower’s timelines! Sometimes,  a good collage showing all of the events of the last few hours is better than 25 photos flooding your follower’s timelines!

11. Your signature photo. Or what you are known for
