The Fifteen Seconds of Thanks Project

It’s time for a New Instagram project: The Fifteen Seconds of Thanks Project starting November 1st on Instagram.

Something happens when you stop and take notice of the things you are grateful/thankful for.  Like Oprah said,

“Be Thankful for What You Have; You’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never ever have enough. “

Every November, I take the time on my social media ( specifically Instagram) to do a project where I focus on sharing what I’m thankful for every day that month.

In the past, I’ve done an unofficial photo a day during November where every day, I post a photo, sharing what I’m thankful for that day.

I’ve even done a November Thankful Journal.

But this year, to keep it interesting, I decided to expand on my #15secondsofsummer project and make something like that for November.

I’m calling it the Fifteen seconds of Thanks Project. #15secondsofthanks

The Fifteen Seconds of Thanks Project

It’s just like my 15 seconds of summer project. With the fifteen seconds of thanks project,  I’ll share a 15-second video in my Instagram stories or my Feed about what I was thankful for that day.

I think it will be a great challenge!

No prompts, ( unless you have the Insta Inspiration Ebook and then you have some inspiration) because this is supposed to be individualized.

It’s based on you and what YOU feel thankful for everyday in November.

What makes you thankful, grateful or happy that day?

Want to join me?

Here is how:

What?

A Project of thanks on Instagram during the month of November

When?

It’s going to start Friday, November 1st and end on Saturday, November 30th.

Where?

The Gram! You can post these on your stories or you can post it on your feed or you can wait until the end of the month and upload them all on IGTV. It’s up to you!

When?

Whenever you have time. So if you don’t upload a video on a day, you can upload it the next day.

How?

Pick up your phone, and take a video of something you are thankful for that day.

Be creative.

Or not.

Use Music.

Or not.

Talk to the camera, or not!

This is you documenting what makes you thankful.
